Petsloyal2Vets Launches $80,000 Fundraising Campaign

Today, Petsloyal2Vets is pleased to announce the launching of our building renovation fundraising campaign for Petsloyal2Vets. To renovate this 5,000 sq/ft building so that it can properly board at risk dogs obtained from area shelters and dog rescue groups will require a lot of work and many volunteer hands to raise $80,000 for this project. Petsloyal2Vets is a non-profit organization so your donations, equipment, labor and services are tax deductable.

Bldg. with large outside area for trainingThis campaign is professionally managed through fundly.com so that all transactions are handled in a safe, secure and encrypted environment. This fundraising campaign expires July 31, 2013 so we ask all of you who visit this website to please pass this information on to as many friends in your e-mail lists as possible and ask them to reach out and help support our Minnesota vets. You don’t have to be a veteran to volunteer with this project either. As long as you are 18, or accompanied by an adult is 16-18, just Hop on over and visit our volunteer page, and click on positions to see some of the position descriptions we need to fill.

This building is set in an ideal quiet location 3/4ths of a mile off the road in a peaceful and secure environment where training companion and therapy dogs is vital. Ample space in the ring will be set up for agility and obstruction course training away from outside noises or disturbances that are prevalent in the inner city backyards and parks.

Here, veterans will be able to work along side their companion while training with them, maximizing the animal/human bonding relationship, communication and handling.

Petsloyal2Vets greatly appreciates any exposure and support you can provide in making this project a reality for so many Minnesota veterans and at risk shelter dogs we adopt for this project.  Please pass this on to your churches, community and volunteer groups, VFW’s and Legion Posts and help us generate the funds needed to renovate this building into a completed training facility.
